Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you choose to proceed with testosterone therapy treatment, the auto-pay monthly subscription will commence from the date of your initial consultation. Please note that our affiliated pharmacy adheres to regulations that prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. Consequently, CAHormones LLC and our affiliated pharmacy cannot accept returns of treatment for refunds, regardless of whether it has been used or not. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or discarded packages that are not picked up.

In the event that a refund is issued by us, you will be subject to a debit/credit card processing fee based on the total refund amount. Ultimately, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy on all purchases.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION:

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge and agree that CAHormones LLC (or a third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you monthly for the price of your chosen subscription, along with any additional charges specified during the purchase process, for the duration of your subscription. Your subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it or we suspend or terminate it.

The specific monthly charges for your subscription will be outlined during the purchase process. If you wish to cancel your subscription due to dissatisfaction, please submit a written termination request to CAHormones LLC at least 30 days before the next billing date. Payments scheduled on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Requests sent via email are acceptable. Please note that no prorated refunds are provided for remaining subscription days.
